Technical SEO That Fits Into Your Agency's Workflow

Your team needs SEO support that goes beyond identifying problems. I bring a background in both content and technical SEO, so I understand how the two work together.

I can investigate technical issues, turn findings into clear tasks, and work with your writers and developers to get changes implemented.

You get someone who understands your workload, communicates clearly, and takes ownership of the work.

How I Went From Content to Technical SEO

I started my SEO career working with content, researching keywords, creating briefs, reviewing pages, and figuring out what people were actually looking for when they searched on Google.

But as I worked on more websites, I started noticing something.

You could spend hours researching a topic, writing a good piece of content, and optimizing it, only for the page to struggle in search results.

And I wanted to understand why.

Was Google having trouble crawling the page? Was it indexed? Could people find it through internal links? Or was something about the website itself making it harder for that content to perform?

Those questions got me interested in the technical side of SEO.

I started learning more about how websites work, using crawling tools, investigating technical issues, and working more closely with developers.

Over time, technical SEO became a bigger part of my work.

Today, I work on technical audits, crawlability and indexing issues, internal linking, site structure, structured data, and search performance analysis.

And I know my content background gives me a useful perspective when working with your team.

I understand the work your writers and content strategists put into creating pages. I also know how frustrating it can be when that work is held back by technical issues.

So when I’m reviewing a website, I’m thinking about both sides. Can search engines access and understand the content? And does the page actually answer what someone came looking for?

That’s the approach I bring to the SEO projects I work on.

What I Can Bring to Your Team

I know how quickly SEO tasks can pile up when you’re managing several clients at once. Maybe there’s an audit you’ve been meaning to finish, a technical issue that needs investigating, or content briefs your writers are waiting for.

And while your team is busy handling other priorities, the SEO backlog keeps growing.

That’s where I can help.

I can take on those tasks, work with your existing team, and help move projects forward without adding more work to your plate.

Whether you need support with a single project or ongoing client work, I’m happy to step in where you need an extra pair of hands

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

How I Can Support Your Team

I know agency work can get busy, especially when you’re managing several clients and your team already has a lot on its plate.

That’s where I can help.

I support digital marketing agencies with technical SEO audits, content strategy, and implementation. Whether you need someone to take on a specific project or help with ongoing client work, I’m happy to work alongside your team.

When I audit a website, I look at crawlability, indexing, internal linking, site structure, and other technical issues that could be affecting its performance. I also explain what needs fixing, why it matters, and what your team should prioritize.

And because my background started in content, I understand how technical SEO and content strategy work together. I’m comfortable collaborating with writers, content strategists, and developers to get things done.

My goal is to make your team’s workload a little lighter while delivering work you can trust.

What You Can Expect When We Work Together

I know that bringing someone new into your team takes trust. You need to know they can handle the work, communicate well, and understand what your clients expect.

When we start working together, I’ll take the time to understand your goals, how your team operates, and what’s already been done. I like asking questions early because I’d rather get things right from the beginning than make assumptions that create more work later.

I’m comfortable working with your existing tools and processes, whether that’s ClickUp, shared documents, spreadsheets, or working directly with your developers and content team.

You can expect regular updates, clear communication, and someone who takes responsibility for their assigned work. If I run into a problem or need clarification, I’ll bring it up rather than leave you wondering what’s happening.

My goal is simple: to be someone your team can depend on when there’s work to be done.

I Think Beyond the SEO Audit

One thing I’ve learned from working in technical SEO is that finding an issue and getting it fixed are two different things.

You can have a detailed audit with all the right recommendations, but if your developers don’t have enough information or your team has other priorities, those recommendations can sit untouched for months.

That’s why I pay attention to what happens after an audit.

When I identify an issue, I think about how it affects the website, what needs to change, and who will be responsible for making that change.

I can help turn findings into clear tasks, explain recommendations to your developers, and review the changes once they’re implemented.

And if a suggested fix isn’t practical for your website or current resources, I’m happy to discuss another approach.

I want the work I deliver to be something your team can actually use, rather than another report sitting in a folder.

A Little About Me Outside Work

Outside work, I enjoy exploring new places, spending time with family and friends, and having a good conversation over coffee.

I love meeting new people and hearing about their experiences. There’s always something interesting to learn from someone else’s story.

I’m also someone who asks a lot of questions. If something catches my attention, I’ll probably want to know more about it. Maybe that’s one of the reasons I enjoy SEO so much.

And after a long day of looking at websites, spreadsheets, and technical reports, I appreciate any excuse to close my laptop and enjoy the world outside my screen.
